Goddess circa (200g )
Goddess, has been awarded 3 of the of the most impressive awards possible. It is is a delectable semi-soft cheese made with rich Guernsey cows’ milk. The rind is gently washed in Temperley Somerset Cider Brandy giving the paste and the rind a wonderful silky golden hue. During maturation the flavour develops and it becomes even more buttery and indulgent - perfect at about 8-10 weeks. Universally loved at first taste. Irresistible.

Farleigh Wallop (210g)
Award winning Farleigh Wallop is a snow-white log rolled in thyme with a velvet-like crust. Initially dense but creamy - slice to reveal the inner ring of aromatic thyme with a gradually softening lemony centre. An excellent shape for slicing and grilling.

Little Wallop (140g)
Our second award winning goats’ cheese is washed in Temperley Somerset Cider Brandy and wrapped in a vine leaf. At 2-3 weeks it is nutty and lemony fresh. Gradually the rind softens, the texture becomes silky and the cider works its magic revealing a lovely underlying character - yeasty, almondy with a hint of brandy. A very pretty and sophisticated addition to any cheeseboard
